Delivery Policy
For items purchased from our online store we offer 1st Class Standard Delivery for mainland UK. We do not deliver outside of the UK. We post items out 5 days a week – Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within 3 working days following the date your order is placed, unless your item is made to order, then expect 14 working days. For express delivery & recorded delivery a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. A card will be left if no one is present with instructions on how to pickup/arrange redelivery of your item.
Combined postage
I charge the actual postage & packaging & happy to combine postage. If you would like to purchase more than 1 item please email me so I can work out the postage for you.
Returns Policy
For items purchased from our online store we guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment. Non faulty items can be returned at your own expense, only the cost of the item will be refunded, not the postage.
To return your item, contact us using the contact us link via our website and we will allocate you a returns number. Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it for your reference. The Post Office will stamp this and supply a tracking reference number starting with the letters PA to prove the item(s) have been returned. Without this we cannot refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately, and will show on your statement as a refund/credit. You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode and new card details.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you (the consumer) have a period of 7 working days within which to cancel your purchase. The consumer is responsible for any costs of returning goods. The consumer is entitled to a full refund, including the cost of delivery (both ways if applicable), for any goods that are returned because of a fault or defect.
The cancellation rights do not apply to:
- Earrings due to hygiene reasons
- Customised/personalised items
Sale items are non refundable. Full descriptions will be given on all sale items.
